shareholders of â€œNCSPâ€ founded a holding, composed of seven
companies in Novorossiysk and Kaliningrad region. These companies handle
more than 25% of the sea port export deals of the Russian Federation.
The structural change reflected the strategic goal of attracting
investors and initiating modernization and expansion.
